Old Wives Tales: Gender Prediction Quiz

Aside from the day that you get to meet your baby, one of the most exciting days is finding out the gender (if you choose to of course). I am not the type of person that can await being surprised on delivery day. The thought of it in itself gives me anxiety. Despite my patience for so many other things in life, this is one area that I have great difficulty waiting for.

From the moment I discovered I was pregnant the questions around “what will I have?” began to swirl in my mind and I literally would look up various old wives tales to try (as if it would ease my mind), which it didn’t just let me wondering about it even more!

I came across this cute quiz via Pinterest and I decided to give it a try.

M O R N I N G S I C K N E S S

The first trimester was just a mess, a mess of my floor, toilet, and life ! (lol)

I really don’t like to complain because it was a constant reminder that my baby is doing well. But I won’t pretend I enjoyed it. I tried to be on top of eating and not letting myself get hungry but regardless there was always something that decided to leave my body- especially the meals I was enjoying.

C R A V I N G S

I chose salty because that is what I had no trouble keeping down, but I have always had a sweet tooth so I don’t think craving is possible. I just always want something sweet- pregnant or not. The only difference is, sweet usually makes me feel sick.

I actually don’t remember what the heart rate has been other than one time where it was 160

Most comfortable is on the right side for sure!

Always have been clumsy , so pregnancy is no difference.

Determining the gender according the Chinese calendar, the age you were at conception and what month you conceived. ( I was 27 & conceived in September)

I don’t know if I m actually glowing I just chose that because I don’t have acne. (lol)

Boy OR Girl

Well according to that little quiz my chances of having a boy or girl are 50/50 surprise, surprise lol
